WHAT I DO

I want to say thank you for considering my services for your transaction coordination needs. I have been a transaction coordinator for 2 years and have successfully navigated hundreds of real estate transactions. What sets me apart from many other TC’s, is that I am a licensed Realtor who only does Transaction Coordination work.

This means that while you are out doing your showings, building relationships with clients, or working a full-time job, I will be managing your files from contract to close. I use the most up to date technology, ensuring that no contracts miss contingency dates or signatures, and remain in compliance.

I represent agents all over Texas and consider myself an expert. I know and understand the various documents necessary to close the deal in your city. I remain educated on TREC’s ever-evolving contracts and compliance documents to make sure you are always in accordance with the state and national regulations, your specific MLS, and your Brokerage.

I am always available by phone, text, or email to ensure the contract closes. I would be honored to be on your team and will do everything I can to make sure YOU are successful.

ABOUT ME

I am originally from Los Angeles and spent the first eighteen years of my life in Southern California. It was not until I joined the Navy that I got to see more than just my sliver of the world. After leaving the Navy, I settled down in San Diego, CA and began the next part of my adult life. I went to college full time, worked part time, and met my husband who later joined the Army.

Thankfully, we stayed in our first duty station in Arizona long enough for me to finish the degree I began at California State of San Marcos at The University of Arizona with a Degree in English and a minor in Creative Writing.

After that first move it seemed like we never stopped, and I do not regret a minute of it! For the better part of the last twenty years, we have lived all over the country and have met and worked alongside many amazing people.

When I am not working, (which is never lol) I enjoy doing anything outside that is active, and if possible, near the beach. I have 3 boys aged 11, 13, and 16 so our weekend activities are quite varied but never dull.

And now that we have settled into our forever home in our forever state, my absolute favorite thing to do is see the Hill Country come to life every spring!

I believe that all these experiences have led me to be the professional, organized, and attentive Transaction Coordinator that I am today.
